Classic

Savile Row, French chateaux. Brandy and cigars, fine Italian cars. The soul of all that’s tested, timeless and oh so civilized finds expression in the Classic finish. The materials evoke a rich tradition; the creature comforts are very much of today with wood flooring in dark finish, grey carpet and cream marble in kitchen and bathrooms.

Culture

Eclectic and emotive, well-traveled and fearless – sound like anyone you know? The worldly wit of Starck and yoo embraces and distills culture both haute and the pop to create a finish that’s a heady mix of the gilded and the grounded. Wood flooring in medium finish, dark sand-colored carpet and grey limestone in kitchen and bathrooms.

Elkus Manfredi are recognized for such landmark projects as New York’s Time Warner Center, Anaheim’s Downtown Disney and the master plan of Victory Park. The House is the only Victory Park residence designed by the firm.
